My apologies for not communicating more over the past few days,
but I just recovered from a bad case of the flu.
Anyway, things are still
on track for the November 1 launch of Eqqu.com. In conjunction with that, I want
to announce some MAJOR changes that I believe will significantly benefit you and
the growth of the Eqqu.com in the future.
First, after November 1, you
can continue to sponsor people who will be able to click for commissions.
Second, the requirement to sponsor five on your first level in order to
get paid commissions for clicking has been waived.
These changes will
soon be reflected on the Eqqu.com support site.
I hope you share my
excitement about these changes. I look forward to building a first class f'ree
email service and our companion EqquAds program which will permit you, our
members, to purchase and click for commissions. A superb business model that
allows you to earn multiple streams of income!

「EqquAds.com」は広告主になった場合、次のような３段階報酬を獲得できる
というプログラムになっています。
・ 自分が 広告依頼をした場合： 広告費用の１０％
・ レベル１のダウンが 〃
： 〃 ５％
・ レベル２のダウンが 〃 ： 〃 ５％
また、今広告を予約購入（＄２５単位）すると、ある一定の期間（現在は

フリーメールサービスについて
Some Eqqu members seem to
believe that our email service that
launches October 1 will be similar to the
back office internal
message system. That is NOT correct. We will have a
superb
web-based email service with the following features:
１０／１オープン後に使用可能となるフリーメールが、
メンバーページの internal message
のようなものと
勘違いしているメンバーもいますが 違います。
ウェプベースで、次のような特徴を備えています。

free!
2. Powerful spam and virus protection!
3. 100 MB of email
storage!
4. Access from anywhere in the world!
5. Most languages
supported!
6. Clean and pleasure to use interface!
Pay-Aceについて
We have negotiated
an agreement with Pay-Ace that they will open the
doors for us starting in
November rather than January 1, 2005.
That means you will receive your Eqqu
pay per click commissions from
Pay-Ace starting in November. We will not be
using Privy Pay.
That information will be updated on the Eqqu support
site.

If you
are not already a Pay-Ace member, you should register with
Pay-Ace using your
Eqqu sponsor's referral link. If you don't
personally know your sponsor, you
can go to the Eqqu Message Area
in your back office, then to the "Compose a
Message" section.
Hit the drop down menu (above the subject line) and send a
message
to your sponsor.Your Pay-Ace downline can be another stream of income
for you.
Paradigm

From the time we started pre-launch, our goal was to build
a solid
base of members who desired not
only to use our f'ree email service,
but
also to allow you to get paid per click. Once we launch on October
1,
new members will not be paid to click. We are doing this to ensure that
the quality of our subscriber base will be attractive to advertisers. Demographics
are
everything to advertisers. While your initial reaction may be one of surprise,
let me explain how you will continue to benefit and grow your organization:

1. You still will be able to refer people to use our free
email service
and you will be paid for any
clicks that they make. You will also be paid per click
off any new subscribers that your downline (as of Sept. 30)
refer to Eqqu.
In other words, nothing has
changed for you, you have nothing to worry about, you'll be paid for all clicks
made by all people in your 5 level downline,
no matter when they registered, before October 1st 2004 or after.
The only changes made is that new users
registered after October 1st 2004
will not be paid for clicks. You still have the same incentive
to refer more people to use our
free email service!

・９／３０までにリクルートしたダウンがオープン後にリクルートした

2. Now for the best part. As our growing base of members send Eqqu emails
to
family, friends, business associates, etc.,
we will have a link where others can join
for free. As new people join,
they will be
randomly assigned to all of our Eqqu members who joined prior
to October 1. Since we expect hundreds of thousands,
then millions of members to join over the
coming months and years,
Eqqu.com will be
building your subscriber base. I hope you see the big picture here.

So if you have acquaintances that haven't joined Eqqu yet, but might be

Back Office Internal Message Area
Many of you have noticed and mentioned that it takes a long time to load
the internal Message Area in your back office and to send out messages.
Unfortunately, that is due to the fact that there are a lot undeleted messages
bogging down our server. We are looking at how to address that problem
and will keep you updated. In the meantime,
if you would go into your back office and delete messages, that would be
a big help. I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Please
understand that right now our priority number one to get our email software
ready for our official launch date, October 1st 2004

Marketing Updates
Due to the aforementioned problem with
the internal Message Area, our marketing director, Neil Thompson, has decided to
post his marketing updates on the Eqqu support site ( http://www.eqqusupport.com
) under Latest News/Updates section. So go periodically to that site to not only
to get the latest updates from Neil, but also to see what else is new. And take
advantage of the Leads Special on that site to build your Eqqu business now!
Resellers Support Site Many of you have visited the Resellers/Joint Venture site
through the link on the Eqqu support site. Our resellers are busy selling ads. I
thought you might like to see the resellers support site -
http://www.eqquresellers.com . The link to that site will also be posted on the
Eqqu support site. Major Announcement In an upcoming message prior to our
launch, I will share with you another enhancement that will make our email
service even more unique and valuable. So be on the lookout for that
announcement as we get closer to launch. In closing, let me encourage you to
step up your sponsoring efforts to ensure that you have the largest downline
possible prior to launch. We will conduct another Sponsoring Contest following

For two reasons, we have decided to
postpone the launch of Eqqu.com to
November 1, 2004.
下記の二つの理由により、正式オープンを１１月１日に延期することにいたしました。
1. A group of top Eqqu leaders, as well as other members, made
this
request. So we have delayed the launch to give everyone the chance to
build
a much larger organization.
１．トップリーダー達、ならびに多くのメンバーからの要請があったためですが、
各メンバーがより大きい組織（ダウンライン）を構築するために、オープンの
延期を決定いたしました。
2. We are going through a change, due to spam complaints and
other reasons,
to much larger servers in preparation for the
launch.
２．スパムの苦情その他の理由により、オープンに向けて、現在より大きな
サーバーへの引越しを検討・準備中です。
In conjunction with the server upgrade, the Eqqu.com site will be
down for
up to five days.

launch on schedule - about October 15.
